Series of Bungalows for Swati Infratech, turned out very beautiful. Managed in outskirts of Rajkot city. 3/4/5 BHK various type of standalone units with ground floor covered parking has been erected. Our scope was to manage design / site execution and work quality / contract co-ordination / rate negotiation with various contractor / executing contract agreement / taking approval from govt. authority for construction / managing getting occupancy certificate.
