How long a fitout project takes ?
As we have stated in our website, we do not have the run of mill type design services. Every project is unique and we offer crafted solution to each project. Therefore based on complexity and need of project timeframe changes.
However by and large design and design development of typical commercial space, office space, f&b etc takes around 3-4 weeks and execution will take approximately 8-10 weeks. You can contact us to understand how fast we can complete your project.
What it cost to do a fitout ?
Every project is unique, with unique design and its challenges. Cost of fitout varies with many factor and is also depended largely on the scope covered in services. Our process is very simple and transparent so as to give firm quote which does not give surprises to the project owner.
Our quote and contract covers everything which is meticulously done after consideration of site analysis, project requirement and your aspirations from project. More important is that once an agreed fix price contract is given for a project, we stand by to honor the contract and guarantee that there are no variations to the quoted cost, unless there is an addition of scope or change of scope.
Do you only undertake new development or also undertake extension and refurbishment ?
We undertake all type of project. Our professionally qualified team will handle all aspect of your project whether is it is new build or refurbishment. From space planning, tendering, construction, procurement, installation and project management.
Do I have to get design ready before approaching you ?
We offer end to end design build service. Our in-house designer will design the space after exploring options and finalizing best suitable option to your project. However if you have design ready, we can provide our services for build part.
How fast we can start ?
As soon as we are in agreement regarding design, cost and signed the contract, we are ready to start. We immediately line up trades, start procuring material and arrange agencies to start the work.
Do you offer post fitout service ?
Yes as a part of agreed Defect Liability Period, any defect brought to our notice is rectified at no cost to you.
Your quote is high comparing to other quote I have received ?
It is always good to check details specification of different vendor. Comparing only rate or quote is no good measure to find a competitive bid. Also cheapest bid is not always the best bid. A project is much more than a just rate. There are intangible items attached like concept, design, services, capabilities, experience etc. which need to be accounted for. It is best to take holistic view before just finalizing on rates.
Which are locations you operate ?
With our extensive experience and reach currently we are operating in 2 countries. Australia & India.
In Australia we undertake project in Sydney and larger project we undertake in entire NSW region.
In India we undertake projects in entire West, Central and Northern India almost covering 10+ states and 4 union territory.
I know different agencies, I can get fitout done by myself ?
